Friday was a bit of a catch up day. I did lots of work on my computer but didn't finish all the stuff on Thursday's list. William and I made Jambalaya again today. I didn't let him get out of the job of de-shelling the shrimp (not that bad of a job after you've done it a couple of times, but initially a bit weird). No photos.
