Our next door neighbors, Trevor and Amy, who have renovated the house next door from a hovel of a rental place into a really swanky pad, have put their house up for sale. In the photo above, you can see our house with its current paint job to the left. The price is certainly higher than they bought it for about 4 years ago. Crazy market.
